This coffee is all about temperature. Drunk hot, the buttery nuttiness, with a overarching chocolate intensity creates an interesting experience. But… letting it cool right down and open up, suddenly the butter drops away and a heavy whack of grapefruit appears, almost by magic.
Loved the contrast of this coffee and that it finished very mellow and smooth. Certainly a delicious coffee to start a Friday.
