Filter Coffee – El Salvador Single Origin – Pablo & Rusty’s – Gordon (29/40)

Having just had a really intense chocolate Brazil dbl espresso, it took a while for this El Borbollon single origin to develop. Or perhaps it was more due to the similarities of the coffees that it seemed almost hidden. As time when on however a very light chocolate, like a milk chocolate perhaps, started to emerge. As it cooled however, there seemed o be some sort of a honey after-taste that was quite enjoyable.

Perhaps this coffee would have been better suited as an espresso, but it was still a delicious gear change from the strength of the Brazilian dbl espresso.
