Coffee Brothers – Filter Coffee

Next up was another coffee by @axilcoffeeroasters as a filter coffee. It was their Ethiopia Gelana Abaya and there was no hiding the fact that it was a natural. It had all of that enjoyable natural funk, with a tropical fruit aroma, and a clean sweetness all the way through. It did die off a little when cold so be sure to down it somewhere between 55 and 45 degrees.
