I love finding cafes with guest roasts. Makes drinking coffee a much more interesting past time. In this case I was lucky enough to find some @axilcoffeeroasters and so I got to try a couple of new coffees.
First up was this espresso on the Axil Kenya Gathiga, a washed coffee, that had a real estate interesting dry aroma.
Taste wise it was spicy, with a grape sticky sweetness, a tart acidity and an enjoyable mouth feel. The finish was also nice and clean.
Great start to today’s #coffeehunt 😆☕✌ (at Coffee Brothers)
