Sadly didn’t get to try all the coffee at @elbowroomespresso today. Gave the @brewtownnewtown Kenya Gichugu Embu AA both as a filter and espresso. As a filter it seemed a bit muddled. It had a warm sweetness, but maybe was past its best. Could have been the extraction but I am not sure. As an espresso it was much more interesting. The sweetness balanced out and the mouthfeel was great. Yet another reason to drink as much coffee as possible
