What I’ve been drinking – Three cafes in one day

*Three awesome cafes in one day*

While it wasn’t planned, I’ve managed to squeeze in three of my favourite Sydney cafes today and loving it.

Started of with a filter and an espresso from Double Barrel, where the espresso with a tropical wonderland of flavours. Their new grinder is starting to pay for itself it seems.

Then I ended up at at Salvage Coffee and got a batch and espresso of the Kenyan variety. Stock standard, disappointing brilliant as always. Got to compare and contrast an espresso with a slightly more recent roast date.

And finally after a sensational kebab from Joe’s Pizza and Arax Lindfield, I needed a coffee to settle my stomach (the excuse I’m sticking to) and ended up with a piccolo long black from their Guatemalan Santa Clara. Smooth… robust… fruity… delicious… For good measure, a cold drip appeared out of nowhere.

In the words of a coffee addict…. Life is good…  🙂
