The term “Vibrant” is a positive descriptor focused mainly on the acidity of the coffee, as to say that the acidity is “fresh”. It might equally be replaced with “bright”, “zesty”, “vivid” or “beautiful”.
To be honest, you could just as easy say “very” or “super dooper” in place of this descriptor, but it lacks a certain je ne sais quoi.
