As a strong long black, I don’t mind admitting that the Costa Rica El Con-Quistador was quite tasty today. Started off quite heavy and a bit roasty, but thanks to the extra chill in the air this morning, it cooled down quickly, and with it a nice fruity sweetness started to come through. Might need to try it as an espresso…
