Kicked off today’s #coffeehunt with a delicious @artificercoffee Colombian La Palma El Tucan filter coffee. You may remember it as the coffee that was processed half in acedic and half in lactic acids.
With age, it has only deepened the sweetness of this coffee, hidden behind the interesting mouth feel. Nice start to the day. (at Salvage Specialty Coffee)
