Finally went back for one final espresso, back on the @artificercoffee Colombian La Palma El Tucan. I really didn’t like it when it first came out, but damm, has it aged well.
Today, the milky mouth fell was still there, but underneath it was a blast of dried apricot sweetness/robustness. Unfortunately this flavour dissipated as it cooled, but the first couple of sips were brilliant. Such an interesting coffee.
