Starting with the positives, I love how the filter coffee was served. The pour over jug would be perfect for a sake night, and the tulip glass was the perfect size and shape to maximise the aroma of the coffee. As for the Colombian coffee I was expecting a huge wack of COFFEE, and yet received something much more comparable to a medium strength tea. The aroma was nothing really to write home about, hot or cold, and the flavour started bland and sour while hot, opening up slightly as it cooled. I would not let this put you off as it is more likely that I was just unlucky with this experience.
