While I love the feel of this cafe, and the food looks great, the Marilyn, a blend mixed and roasted in house is not really to my tastes. It seems to mix a weak organic watered down quality with a touch of ash, on top of an otherwise enjoyable coffee. This certainly is not industrial, and for that they get a massive tick of approval, but in the personal choice category, it just doesn’t do it for me.
