Roasted in house in the “Danger Machine”, Sample have produced an interesting light to medium roast with a warm full taste and a clean finish. The Costa Rica and Ethiopian beans work well in this blend, but I wonder if having it as a filter coffee or cold drip rather than an espresso might allow more of a flavour profile to develop. Either way it was a nice start to the day.
