The coffee I had today was an example of the shaded grown coffee of Sumatra. While still on the light side of a med-light roast, the fuller body and fruity sweetness hung around and made a larger entrance towards the end. The aroma was of a somewhat sour spiciness which was quite enticing. The fruit was also balanced enough to leave no winey after-taste. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience.
