I am of two minds about this single origin. Coming from the Rainha Estate in Brazil, it was certainly not your average cup of coffee, but it almost was too light, lacking a little too much viscosity, to be outstanding. That said, the combination of the oils and the mild and somewhat relaxing flavours made for a really relaxing experience. I was a little worried before trying the coffee as it is listed as a natural pulp process which often ends in a sweet coffee with a not to pleasant after-taste. All up the coffee was enjoyable, and really, I shouldn’t attempt to ask for more than that.
