Having been in the no man’s land of coffee (north west NSW) over Easter, I was really looking forward to a great coffee to start this somewhat shorter week, and was lucky enough to find it here. I am really starting to enjoy starting the day with a pour over. This on was smooth, delicate and a little fruity. Not at all what I was expecting given it washed bean, but it was sweet without the lingering after-taste.
