Single Origin Roasters has retained one of the top spots in the Sydney coffee scene for many years, and it is no surprise why. With a constantly changing line up of single origin coffee, passionate staff, and a well establish atmosphere, you are always likely to get a great cup of coffee here.
It is worth knowing that they only have single shots of espresso in their long blacks as a means of providing a more filter like flavour profile, but you can still ask for a strong long black if you are missing the thick crema.
As for filter coffee, you can often get something quite enjoyable, and more times than not, it is worth asking for the staff to choose for you (especially if Sean McManus is working the day you go).
Certainly worth checking out when you have time.
