But all was not lost. I tried this @tobysestatecoffee Costa Rica Monte Brisas Finca Salaca red honey as a chemex, and all was forgiven.
This is a fantastic coffee. With all kinds of nutty light peanut butter in the front and gentle honey sweetness in the back, it deserves to be a winner. Even developed a slight citrus as it cooled.
Such a great finish.
