Encouraged on by the delicious experience I had with the double espresso, it didn’t take much to convince me to grab a mac using the house blend.
While certainly not as outstanding as the single origin (surprise surprise…) the well expressed and presented mac was creamy, smooth and delicious. While I don’t see too many cafes serving di Gabriel coffee, it is often an enjoyable experience when they do.
Now somewhat jealous that this cafe is not closer to home.
