As for what I’m drinking, it is the @grinderscoffee El Salvador Monte Leon Bourbon fully washed. Texture wise, it’s very silky with a slightly dry acidic aftertaste. Once cool, the midrange sweetness is a light mixed berries with a hint of black tea thrown in for good measure. All in all, it’s a very decent cup of coffee.
