Yum. The @single_o Ethiopia dry processed Chelelectu as an espresso here was the best that I’ve had. Certainly there was a large hit of coco powder up front, but the spike of fruits underneath and balanced finish was delicious. Much better than I expected, given my preference for the wet processed Chelelectu.
