Next coffee was a bit of a shock. This natural Panama Gesha from @camposcoffee was the best coffee I’ve had of theirs in a long time. Starting with super juicy, heavy florals, a light tropical passionfruit sweetness came through with slightly dry acidic finish. As it cooled the acidity increased a little too much, but otherwise, a surprisingly great.
