It is hard to fault the passion or skill of two former baristas of the year, both with years of roasting experience, who are looking to make their mark on the Sydney coffee scene.
While still very early in the piece, the flavours and balance these guys are getting from their coffee is unique and enjoyable.
Certainly a cafe worth trying out if you are in the area, however if you can’t get here to try their coffee, head over to Salvage in Artarmon as they are now also serving Artificer coffee.
